Well-being at Salem

At Salem College, well-being is at the heart of student life. Guided by the Wellness Daisy, which reflects the eight dimensions of holistic wellness, we provide programs, resources, tools, and an annual Health and Well-being Week designed to support the whole student. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your mind, body, or spirit, our goal is to help you thrive and maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle throughout your Salem College journey and beyond.
