Campus Life

Clubs and Organizations

View of Salem College Campus through the trees

Salem College is a student-led campus where everyone has opportunities to get involved and to lead.

Our campus is a diverse and vibrant space with a rich variety of clubs, programs, and organizations where students will find activities that align with their interests and spark a desire for self-development and leadership.

Our clubs and organizations provide students with the opportunity for personal growth in professional leadership and service. These groups allow students to pursue interests in politics, activism, event planning, and the performing arts.

At Salem College, students get to explore their passions, promote their favorite causes, and have fun while doing it. Students find their niche and make the most of it. Our Salem College faculty and staff provide all the support students need!

Leadership & Service Clubs

The Leadership & Service Clubs on campus exist to promote service to the Salem community by the Salem community. Whether it’s through planning events, serving as advocates for their peers, or otherwise advancing the mission of the college, the students within these organizations are training to become the leaders of tomorrow.

Academic Interest Groups and Honor Organizations

The Academic Interest Groups and Honor Organizations on campus exist to promote their academic interests or disciplines on campus. Some of these such as American Chemical Society and Pre-Law Society serve as a means of building interest in their professions. Others like Alpha Epsilon Delta (National Health Preprofessional Honor Society) and Alpha Lambda Delta (First-Year Honor Society) are societies dedicated to honoring academic excellence within specific disciplines or for specific groups. Regardless, the Academic Interest Groups and Honor Organizations both exist to promote academic achievement on campus.
