Salem’s health center is operated by Novant Health and staffed by Novant Health professionals.  The health center evaluates students on an individual basis and treats them accordingly. If further treatment is needed, health center staff will refer students to a specialist.

The health center is located in Clewell Hall and is open for appointments Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. Appointments can be made by emailing health.services@salem.edu.

For after-hours emergencies, please call 911 if an immediate need. If 911 is not warranted, please contact Salem Public Safety at 336-917-5555 or the Resident Advisor.
