At Salem, we believe that equity, diversity, and inclusion are essential to our mission of developing the next generation of leaders who will make the world a better, healthier, and more equitable place.

We are committed to creating a community where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing our EDI initiatives across campus, as well as providing support and resources to our students, staff and faculty.
