For practicing teachers who already have an initial teaching license, Salem offers traditional graduate degree programs, designed to enhance master teachers’ professional practice and to foster their development as school leaders. Salem’s M.Ed. programs seek to be responsive to the needs of inservice teachers by offering evening classes and summer course opportunities.

The M.Ed. programs have been designed to complement an in-service teacher’s schedule. Evening class meeting times, customized courses of study, flexible and convenient semester schedules (including a January and two summer terms), and intimate rapport with colleagues and professors make Salem’s M.Ed. programs terrific choices for educators seeking an advanced degree.
