Health-Related and Health Leadership Experience and Expertise
I’m the designer and director of the Spanish major and minor concentrations on Spanish for the Health Professions. I teach Translation I and II for the Health professions, as well as electives on Latinx in the United States and Health. I also teach a seminar on Gender Violence. I’m currently working on designing a course on Race and Ethnicity and Health in America.

Fun Facts
- I am an avid learner of new things and love to transmit what I learn in the offering of new courses for my students.
- I love to sit at the Back Porch and converse with my classes while our pampered squirrels attend my lectures.
