What I really appreciate about the professors is how passionate they are about their fields and how genuinely they care about the students. I really mean it when I say they go out of their way to help and prepare the students. My adviser, Dr. Watts, has encouraged me to pursue graduate school, which I had never considered before, and she has helped me gain research experience.
