The Lucy Rose Center connects Salem students with career coaching, internships, mentoring, and professional development. You can get support with career exploration, résumés, interviews, and applications to graduate or professional school. These experiences help you connect what you’re learning with the work you want to do. You’ll build relationships with people who can help you move forward.

Salem automatically considers admitted undergraduate students for merit scholarships. Eligible students may also qualify for need-based assistance and Salem Promise, which can cover up to 100% of tuition and fees for students who meet its requirements.
