Shanta Reddick enrolled as a traditional-age student in the fall of 1993 following high school graduation in Winston-Salem. Life happened and Shanta left school as a young adult. Multiple times she returned with aspirations to complete her degree. Her last enrollment at Salem helped her reach the finish line! She graduated with a bachelor of arts in education. She is now the mother of teenagers and she works for the local school district. She also volunteers for numerous community projects and in her church and she heads a non-profit for young girls.
