New Registrar Named

Salem College recently named Jeannette M. Rork as its new Registrar and Director of Institutional Research. Rork will take over the position on November 5.

Before coming to Salem, Rork served as Associate Registrar of the School of Arts and Sciences and Registrar for the School of Divinity at Wake Forest University, among others.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in religion from UNC-Greensboro and a Master of Arts in religion from Wake Forest.

"I am very pleased to have someone with Jeannette Rork's years of experience and leadership ability serving in this important administrative position,” says Dr. Susan Calovini, Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs and Dean of the College. “ She brings a high level of knowledge and professionalism from which Salem will benefit."

At Salem, Rork will be responsible for all operations of the office of the registrar, as well as compiling the annual institutional fact book, among other duties.
