Salem College, a private liberal arts institution for women, seeks to fill a full-time position in Business Administration, or a related field, beginning in August 2021. Rank and salary are variable, depending on credentials and experience. Committee work and other forms of service are also expected. Candidates must possess at least a master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in either business administration, management, or a related field. The successful candidate must have a passion for developing students, have taught undergraduate classes, and be prepared to contribute to an interdisciplinary core curriculum. Ability to develop partnerships in the region is preferred, along with previous experience in business or industry. The successful candidate will understand the value of a women’s college, promote inclusion, and have experience working with a diverse student body. Candidate should clearly explain how their expertise would inform an institutional pivot to a curriculum focused on health leadership.
