Now that you are accepted, it is time to take the next steps. Here are some important dates to remember:
As soon as possible
Confirm your plans to attend Salem.When your confirm your plans to enroll, you will receive an email from the Office of Admissions that includes your Salem student ID number as well as detailed instructions for setting up your Salem email.
Send Final High School Transcript, AP Scores, and Dual Enrollment College Transcripts by July 1.*Please note that your offer of admission is provisional pending receipt of your final transcript showing date of graduation. Offers of admission and financial aid may be rescinded if a final transcript is not received.
Submit New Student Information form by July 1.
Schedule a Physical before July; Return Health Information form by July 1.*North Carolina law requires that all students submit a completed health form prior to the start of classes.
Fall tuition/fees statement should be paid by August 1. (The College offers a monthly installment plan each semester. While there are no interest charges, a $50 per semester application fee is required. Additional information about the installment plan will be sent in mid-May to all incoming students who have paid the $250 enrollment deposit.)
