May Deadlines

Priority Deadline: May 1st

  • Secure your place in the class. Submit your non-refundable $250 deposit by May 1. Two options are available to you:
  1. Pay online. You’ll need your Salem ID number in order to make your first online payment. (Be sure to forward a copy of your payment confirmation email to admissions@salem.edu.) OR
  2. Send a $250 check, payable to “Salem College,” to the following address: Salem College; Business Office-Lehman Hall; 601 S. Church Street; Winston-Salem, NC 27101 USA

June Deadlines

July Deadlines

Priority Deadline: July 1st

  • Send Final High School Transcript, AP Scores*, and Dual Enrollment College Transcripts. (Please note that your offer of admission is provisional pending receipt of your final transcript showing date of graduation. Offers of admission and financial aid may be rescinded if a final transcript is not received).
  • Submit New Student Information form.
  • Schedule a Physical before July 1st; return the Medical Need-Based Accomodation form and have your doctor complete the Health Care Provider form. (North Carolina law requires that all students submit a completed health form prior to the start of classes).

*Please send AP Scores to the Registrar

August Deadlines

Priority Deadline: August 1st

  • Fall tuition/fees statement should be paid by August 1. (The College offers a monthly installment plan each semester. While there are no interest charges, a $50 per semester application fee is required. Additional information about the installment plan will be sent in mid-May to all incoming students who have paid the $250 enrollment deposit.)
