Description:This three week long course represents an intensive study of Spanish and a cultural experience at the Universidad Internacional, The Center for Bilingual Multicultural Studies,in Cuernavaca, Mexico. The programs offered by the center have been approved by the Commission of Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools in Philadelphia, PA. It is a total immersion program where students attend classes every day for four hours. Upon arrival they are given an orientation session and a placement exam.

Spanish classes are offered at all levels so students have ample choices. These courses can satisfy BDR (Basic Distribution Requirements) or any other course required of majors and minors, including upper level such us: Spanish for Business, Mexican Art, History of Mexico, Mexico Today, and others. Optional activities include Latin dance classes, Mexican cooking classes, and field trips.

Students are housed with native families. Three meals a day and transportation to and from school are included. The package also includes three excursions to major historic sites.
