Written goals can serve as a wonderful visual reminder of what it is that you are working to achieve.  If you want to learn more about the relationship between the way goals are set and the steps that support their achievement, this workshop is for you.  The workshop will focus on the steps involved in the goal-setting process and evaluating your progress toward achieving those goals.  Attention will also be paid to the steps necessary to identify potential obstacles, and planning to overcome those obstacles.  

Managing Test Anxiety
