Salem.edu Email All students are assigned login@salem.edu email accounts and passwords upon enrollment. All students are assigned login@salem.edu email accounts and passwords upon enrollment. Traditional freshmen receive their email account information in a letter mailed to their home address. Fleer Center students receive a letter in their campus mailbox.  Access is from Salem's web page: Salem Webmail. All students are required to check their Salem email accounts for important information. Check the Technical Support Services page for email support topics.

Network Access and Storage
Each dorm room has two network connections for personal student computers. Each student is assigned a network directory with 100mb capacity to store and transfer files on the campus network.

Message Boards
Message boards are available for members of the Salem community and the general public to post and reply to various topics.

Web Publishing
Salem faculty can use the Salem network to publish web sites that support their teaching activities through traditional HTML publishing or through Salem Moodle - a web-based course management system (CMS).

Library research resources
The library offers an online collection of databases and web sites to aid in research for a variety of subject areas in addition to the online library catalog.
