The Computer Services staff is available Monday-Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM E.S.T.

To request the services of the Technology Staff and you are on campus, please go to our Help Desk and enter the requested information as completely as possible. This will add your request to our database and enable better call tracking and resolution. If you do not have access to this application for some reason, you can either email helpdesk@salem.edu or call extension 4357 for assistance.
