The Resident Assistant is an integral member of the Residence Life Staff. The R.A. is a para-professional and there are certain responsibilities that she is expected to fill. Primary duties and responsibilities are listed in the Complete Job Description document (see below).
The Resident Assistant must maintain a 2.5 cumulative grade point average as well as have at least a 2.5 GPA for the Spring 2012 semester. This is important in the R.A.'s responsibilities as a role model for her residents and for the R.A. as a student.
