Interlibrary Loan Request Form

Be certain you have searched the NC-PALS Online Catalog before placing a request for ILL. Allow 2 weeks for delivery. We will notify you when the item arrives, or if we are unable to find a lender. There is a $5.00 per item processing fee for Interlibrary Loan materials, including copies of journal articles and book chapters. This fee will be waived if the item is picked up within 10 days of notification that the item has arrived in Gramley Library.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE: The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material.
