Charles Stein

Charles Stein received his certification from the American Center for the Alexander Technique in New York City. He holds a master's degree in classical guitar performance from the University of Tennessee with further studies at the Royal College of Music in London, England. After completing his Alexander Technique certification, Stein lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he worked with a medical doctor treating whiplash victims. His articles have been published in The American Music Teacher, Massage Therapy Journal and Yoga and Life. He has given workshops at the North Carolina School of the Arts, the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and the University of New Mexico at Albuquerque. Stein has a private practice in Winston-Salem and teaches at Wake Forest University and Salem College.
