Donna Rothrock

Dr. Donna Rothrock holds the Ed.D. in Music Education and the Master of Library and Information Studies degree from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, having earned earlier degrees from UNC Chapel Hill and the University of Colorado at Boulder. In 1984, Rothrock founded and became Director of the Salem Trombone Choir, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and continuation of the Moravian Trombone Choir tradition in North Carolina. She performs in a variety of brass ensembles in the Triad area, and recently conducted the Trombone Choir for the 21st Moravian Music Festival. Dr. Rothrock has published in the Moravian Music Journal and The Bulletin of Historical Research in Music Education. Rothrock teaches Conducting and Euphonium at Salem College.
