Questions about your printing accounts must be directed to I.T. staff.
A NOTE ABOUT COLOR PRINTING:
Quoting I.T. staff, " There are two machines in each of the computer labs (Learning Center and PC Lab) that can print to the color copier." The computers that print to the color copier are clearly identified and a set of instructions are located beside them. When you hit print, your job is sent to a "mailbox" accessed from the color copier; you [the student] will have to go to the mail room and pay before the job is printed. Cost = $.30 per page
Note: You can't send color print jobs from any of the library's computers. Please go to the Learning Center or PC Lab, as indicated above.
SCANNING
One HP scanner is available for use in the library. It is connected to the computer workstation in the Research Area on the Main (1st) Floor. Printing (B&W) is available from the workstation.
Hint: some students prefer to scan brief documents in lieu of paying for photocopies. The scanned images can be uploaded to email or student server space; they can also be printed.
