Degree Seeking Application

Admission Requirements 

Consideration for admission will be given to men and women who are at least 23 years of age.  Each application will be considered individually.  Before your application can be considered, you must complete/submit all of the following:

  • Application (this form)
  • $30 application fee made payable to Salem College
  • Two letters of recommendation from anyone other than family who can attest to your aptitude and capacity to succeed in an academic setting
  • All official sealed college or university transcripts
  • Proof of high school completion (copy of diploma/GED—official transcript required if no college level work completed)
  • A two-page typed essay outlining your educational journey and/or goals
  • An admission interview
