Special Adult Students/Certificate Program Application

Consideration for admission will be given to women and men who are at least twenty-three years of age. Each application is considered individually and the decision is based on (1) an admissions interview and (2) materials requested with the application (including this form, application fee of $30 made payable to Salem College, two letters of recommendation, all college/university transcripts, proof of completion of secondary education, and a two-page essay on applicant's educational journey and/or goals).

Admission Requirements 

Consideration for admission will be given to men and women who are at least 23 years of age.  Each application will be considered individually.  Before your application can be considered, you must complete/submit all of the following:

  • Application (this form)
  • $30 application fee made payable to Salem College
  • Proof of high school completion OR official transcript from highest post-secondary degree earned (AA, BS, Ph.D, etc.).  Please note that proof of completion of prerequisites may be required for some courses.
