DESCRIPTION:The Salem College Chorale and Chamber Choir\, led by Dr. S
 onja Sepulveda\, will join with the Palmetto Voices to perform a demon
 stration session on the spiritual. This session includes a power-point
  presentation on performance practices\, history of the spiritual and 
 comparisons to gospel. The concert is a preview of an invited performa
 nce for the Southern Division of the American Choral Directors Associa
 tion Conference to be held March 2 at 1\:45 p.m. at the Winston-Salem 
 Convention Center. The Palmetto Voices is a vocal ensemble composed of
  Dr. Sepulveda's former and current students. Sponsored by the School 
 of Music.
