Dr. Laurence Peters is an expert in integrating technology and Global Perspectives in school curriculums.  His book Global Education: Using Technology to Bring the World to Your Students is currently adopted in many graduate level education programs including the University of Maryland University College where he has served as an adjunct lecturer and consultant.  He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, a law degree from the University of Maryland and currently serves as Vice President of the National Education Foundation. Free. NOTE: This event is for the community at large as well as public-school partners, NOT for education students at Salem.
