Members of the faculty of the Department of History and Political Science will outline the contemporary application of principles relevant to the American Constitution to current events and issues. In particular, the discussion this year will focus on the issue of terrorism and Miranda rights: Is an act of terror a crime or an act of war? The panel will present diverse views on the constitutional debate that this issue has generated.
