Biography:
Dean Barr is originally from western North Carolina. She has a B.A. in History from Appalachian State University (NC) and an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from The Ohio State University. She is currently working on her Ph.D. in Educational Research & Policy Analysis at North Carolina State University.
