 00 p.m.\n\n"A Piece of My Heart" is the odyssey of six women—five nu
 rses and one USO entertainer—during the Vietnam War. The play traces
  their lives for about 20 years\: from the time of their enlistment in
  the 1960s to their adjustments to civilian life after the war ended. 
  Each character moves between the present and the past\, narrating and
  reliving their harrowing and poignant experiences. We see how their n
 otions of war changed and how the war changed them. \n\nAdmission by t
 icket only\: $9 general admission\, $7 for students and Salem communit
 y. Tickets may be purchased at the door. Reservations will be accepted
  before the day of performance by emailing culturalevents@salem.edu or
  calling  336/917-5493.
