Courses for Community - Fall 2010
The Fleer Center at Salem College invites you to be part of "Enriching Community" through exciting non-credit courses this fall.
This fall, there are more than 60 exciting opportunities to increase your knowledge and activity level, improve your lifestyle, and provide personal enjoyment - all on the beautiful Salem College campus. We offer something for everyone. For example:
• We are excited to offer a new series in the program entitled, Money Matters.
• The expansion of the Prep and Professional Series provides numerous opportunities for professionals seeking continuing education/renewal credits.
• We continue to offer our popular Wine Series along with the Live Well Series and our growing Writing Series.
The registration fees are competitive, yet affordable, and class sizes are limited in order to enhance the learning environment and encourage interaction among participants. For those seeking professional acknowledgement, certificates of completion are available upon request. Numerous courses qualify for educator renewal credits. Required documentation is provided.
Courses are individually priced with group/friend discounts available in the Live Well Series and the Fitness and Health Series. Review these series to see what will spark your interest. What better way to enjoy the fall season than to learn something new!
Give the gift of knowledge with a customized gift certificate for any occasion. The popular SAT preparation classes make great gifts from parents or grandparents. Our Wine Series make excellent gifts as well. They are educational, fun and provide an outlet for people to gather and learn about the many facets of wine.
A downloadable brochure of all the courses will be posted on this website soon; please check back.
