Volleyball loses last regular season match at Guilford

The Salem College volleyball team lost their last regular season match last night at Guilford in a non-conference game. Guilford defeated the Spirits in three sets (18-25, 15-25, 14-25). Sara Maher (Longmont, CO) led Salem with 17 set assists. The Spirits fall to 8-20 overall with the loss.

Guilford defeated the Spirits in three sets (18-25, 15-25, 14-25). Sara Maher (Longmont, CO) led Salem with 17 set assists. The Spirits fall to 8-20 overall with the loss.

Christine Tillman (King, NC) led Salem with 7 kills, and Keri Nolan (Calabash, NC) added 5 kills on the night. Khadija Layne (Dorchester, MA) added 13 kills, and Randi Roppolo (Weeki Wachee, FL) had 10 digs for Salem.

Salem enters the postseason on November 5th when they play LaGrange in the GSAC quarterfinals at 3:00 hosted by Agnes Scott.
