Tennis set to appear in first ever Great South Tournament

Winston-Salem, NC-The Salem College tennis team is set to appear in their first-ever Great South Athletic Conference Tournament this weekend in Knoxville, Tennessee. The team, led by first-year head coach Mike Dryman, will play as the fifth seed in the quarterfinals against the fourth seed and host Scots of Maryville College.
The Spirits lost to Maryville in the regular season. The game is slated for Friday at 4:00 at the University of Tennessee Courts. If the team can get by the Scots, they will take on the first seeded Scotties of Agnes Scott on Saturday in he semifinals.
