Tennis loses final match of the season

Sweet Briar, VA- The Salem College tennis team lost their final match of the season at Sweet Briar College (7-2). Lauren Wisen (Madison, OH) won the number six singles match against Rachel Sullivan (6-2, 6-3). Tori Collier (Raleigh, NC) and Amy Allison (Geneva, OH) teamed to win the number two doubles match (8-4). Salem finished the season with a record of 2-8, while Sweet Briar improved to 6-12.
Salem was forced to play without three of their top six players due to injuries. Allison also played a close singles match falling just short of a victory against Ellen Reid.
