Norton Continues to Dominate on the Court

Greensboro, NC- Salem College's Elise Norton (Sr, Winston-Salem, NC) remained undefeated for the 2008 season as she defeated Guilford College's #1 tennis player Nina Bollay 6-0, 6-2. Salem College fell to the Quakers 1-8 on Saturday afternoon.

"Tough match today. The girls played well and the scores were not indicative of ho close some of the matches were.  Elise dominated in singles today.  Michala had a close match with alot of tight games and Anna played a tough opponent with a powerful serve and forehand. She played consistent and had a very close second set frustrating her opponent."
