Salem Runs Against Tough Competition and Weather

Berea, KY- The Salem College Cross Country Team traveled to Berea, Kentucky this weekend to compete in the 17th Annual Southeastern Cross Country Classic. Despite the extremely muddy, almost-freezing, and deep-water conditions, the Spirits finished as the top NCAA team and placed 21st out of 27 teams.

Fichthorn and Meek Earn Post-Season Honors!

Dec. 5- The Association of Division III Independents announced their post-season womens cross-country award recipients today. Rachel Fichthorn, a sophomore from Nokesville, VA, earned a spot on the All-Association Second Team. Lauren Meek, a freshman from Draper, VA, earned a spot on the All-Association Honorable Mention Team.
