This is your opportunity to let Salem College help you feel better, work smarter and be healthier - and all the way YOU want to do it. Whether you like to walk, run, do yoga or lift weights, you'll find something that puts you on the "fast track" to better living, and right here on campus.

From Cctober 1 to December 3, Salem College will be offering you incentives to help keep you focused on your fitness goals. How does it work? Easy!

  1. * Download and print a copy of your Fall Fitness Challenge Activity Log above.
  2. * Pick an activity that will get you moving at least 30 minutes a day, for 20 days and for 40 days. If you need ideas, check out the three Salem Fitness trails on our website!
  3. * Keep track of your progress on your log.
  4. * When you complete 20 days, then 40 days, return your log to Health Services to receive a prize!
  5. Make it a great fall with fitness!
