8:00 pm Legacy Alive! Lister-Sink Celebrates the Salem Legacy
In celebration of Salem’s Presidential Inauguration, Artist-in-Residence Barbara Lister-Sink will perform treasured piano music by Salem composers, past and present. Music by Latrobe, Charles G. Vardell, Margaret Sandresky, and recently recorded works by the Van Vleck sisters will be performed on the historic 1938 Steinway Concert Grand. A special collaborative mixed media work by electronic music composer Samuel Taylor and Barbara Lister-Sink will receive its world premiere.
