If you're interested in earning or completing a degree:
- Fill out and submit the online Degree Seeking Application.
- Download, print, fill out and send in the Degree Seeking application.
- Download the Letter of Recommendation form (required for both online and print applications for Degree Seeking Students).
If you're interested in one of our Certificate Programs or would like to extend your education without earning a degree:
- Fill out and submit the online Special Adult Students/Certificate Program Application.
- Download, print, fill out and send in the Special Adult Students/Certificate Program Application.
Using the Online Application?
If you choose to submit your application online, please remember to also submit the other required materials. Request forms for letters of recommendation as well as the main application forms are available for download above. You may submit your essay (if required) online by sending it to us at fleercenter@salem.edu. Please include your full name in the email and on the essay as well.
